At Campaignary, it's our mission to make sure every campaign has the resources they need for success by creating a campaign skills bazaar, where campaigns can find the right people with the skills they need and the right people can find the campaigns that demand their skills.

To accomplish this, Campaignary has built a user-friendly platform, where campaigns can post jobs on which freelance campaign workers can bid, and potential campaign workers can register. Ultimately, we believe that, whether your campaign needs legal work, art creation, printing, design, strategy, or anything else a campaign might need, by creating a single place for campaign workers and campaigns to get together, campaigns will be able to find the highest quality and most cost effective work to meet their needs, and freelance campaign workers will be able to find work to meet their skills.

What is Campaignary?
Campaignary is a resource for campaigns. We provide both the information and the tools you need to make your campaign a success. Our platform allows you to request work on anything that your campaign needs, get bids, and then work with the chosen vendor until the project is done while keeping your money secure the whole time.

What is the process of fulfilling a project on Campaignary?
First you have to create a project which will immediately be added to the Browse Projects page. Then you should begin getting bids. Once you see a bid you like you should choose the bid and then pay the amount of the bid. Campaignary holds the bid payment for you to ensure that the freelancer knows the payment is available, and so you know that if the work is not done to your satisfaction you can get a 100% refund. Once you purchase the bid then you and the freelancer will gain access to the workspace. There you are able to communicate and trade files until the project is done. Upon project completion the money is released to the freelancer.

Why does Campaignary hold the bid amount?
Campaignary is a platform which allows campaigns to break out of their local area to get campaign work done. This opens campaigns up to new, great vendors from around the world. To make sure the transaction is safe and secure for everyone we hold the payment until the project is complete. This gives security to the freelancer, who knows that the payment is already made, waiting for them to finish the project. For the campaign, they know that they can trust the freelancer won't stop working or give a sub-par product like they could if part or all of the fee had already been transferred.

What is your refund policy?
If no work has begun, Campaignary offers a 100% refund within 48 hours of the acceptance of a bid. If work has already begun, we will try to resolve any problems before we give a refund, but we will still provide a 100% refund if you are not satisfied.

How much does Campaignary cost?
Registering, posting a project, and bidding are 100% FREE. Once a campaign chooses a winning bid, Campaignary will charge the campaign the appropriate bid amount and safely hold the funds until the campaign certifies that the work has been completed to satisfaction. Once the work is complete, Campaignary will send payment to the vendor, minus an 8% service fee.

When will I get paid as a freelancer?
Campaignary mails checks to freelancers within 7 business days of the confirmed completion of a project. Once your bid has been accepted, you will gain access to the workspace to finish the work with the campaign. Once the project is complete the campaign will inform Campaignary and release the funds. Once the funds have been officially released, Campaignary will mail you a check for your work within 7 business days.

How do I contact Campaignary?
You can contact us using our contact form. We strive to answer all messages as quickly as possible, but someone will get back to you within 48 hours.

What If I'm not satisfied with the work I receive?
If you are not satisfied then you should express the problems to the vendor so they can make the necessary changes. If you cannot come to an agreement on changes with the vendor, we will try to resolve any problems that exist, and we will provide a 100% refund if you are still not satisfied.

Who are you?
The Campaignary team includes a group of young tech entrepreneurs whose collective experience includes work on dozens of political campaigns at all levels, ranging from local School Board elections, all the way up to a Presidential campaign war room, grassroots advocacy, campaign consulting, campaign technology, law, venture capital, and other internet startups. The team realized that many campaigns were plagued by difficulty finding people with the right skills to meet their needs and sought to fill that gap by leveraging the power of the internet so campaigns can find the right people and best materials, all at a better price than ever before. The team is led by Gene Sussman and Sudipta Bandyopadhyay, both of whom have extensive experience with campaigns and campaign technology.
